Funding Arranger

We provide this service as an Arranger not a lender; usually because the size and geography is outside our remit as a lender.. We match our clients borrowing needs to appropriate funders. We arrange many transactions to be funded between £/$ 100k to £/$250m. All are usually working capital facilities. We charge a Success Fee of 1% to 5% of funds depending upon amount of funds raised. We have a massive data base of lenders we know well. We do not just introduce our client to lender, we structure the deal, approve the risk and make a full professional appraisal for the lender to lend. We work with Brokers to help them get their clients funded. The fee arrangement for Brokers is different from above. We work on income share with the Broker. We ONLY engage directtly with the borrower

Your funding requirements

You tell us how much your funding requirement £/$ is. What the funds are going to be used for. This maybe a loan, trade finance (need to know the Seller and Buyers names, the goods, the geography, timing, the proposed collateral - usually the goods and/or the trade receivables in trade finance. We also provide property finance and structred asset finance.

We discuss the requirement in-depth with the borrower and confirm what we can provide - the terms, collateral and cost.

Structure the deal

We structure the deal and present to our funders on your behalf. You enter into a direct borrower/lender relationship with them not us.

Typical costs for this service:
1. On Case by Case basis we sometimes require, on engagement, an upfront Commitment Fee/Retainer (deducted/paid back from Success Fee). This shows a "Commitment" as a lot of work and time goes into these engagements. If we feel its a straight forward relatively easy deal we will not require an upfront fee.
2. Success Fee paid on facility arranged 1% to 5% depending on size of funds required.  
3. If the funding project is seem as requiring much more time to bring success due to complexity, rate required, type of facility, geography of our client/borrower or other circumstances we may require a monthly Retainer instead of one-off Commitment Fee.
For Brokers the above may not apply. We work on income share according to what the Broker requires.
