Chris will be actively involved as a NED. He waspreviously a senior partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his final position,he led the Financial Services Advisory practice (both consulting and deals)across the 29 countries of the CEE/CIS region.
In 2019 Chris joined Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd, abank specialising in commodities trade finance, as an independent supervisoryboard member. He served as Vice-Chair, Chair of the Audit Committee and amember of the Risk Committee.
Chris has a long-standing interest in the factoringand invoice discounting sector. He has provided risk consulting services to andundertaken fraud investigations for leading companies in the UK andinternationally in Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Russia, SouthAfrica and the USA.
